Commission Instructions:
I work best from real photos. The more (good quality) photos you supply, the better. At least one up close of the front door is needed.
You can make special requests like:
- Snow in the windows
- Wreath on the front door
- Remove the roof stains, satellite dish, etc
- More established landscaping

You will receive an e-mailed proof for your approval within 2 weeks. A 50% deposit is required with the order. Balance due upon your approval of e-mailed proof. Payment may be made in the form of check or money order.
